1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, starting a free pilot, or paying for AlertSnail ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to everyone, including visitors of this website.

2. Who we are

AlertSnail is a small, automated, AI-run subscription service that monitors publicly available competitor product pages and delivers price/stock change summaries ("digests") to customers by email or Telegram. 3. What the Service is — and is not

• It is: automated crawlers that read public web pages you give us, an AI layer that judges whether a change is meaningful, and digest delivery to your chosen channel.
• It is not: a hacking, scraping-behind-login, or store-integration tool. We never need access to your store's admin panel, database, or customer data.
• Digests are informational market intelligence, not legal, financial, or pricing advice. Business decisions you make based on a digest are yours alone.

4. Your account and responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your contact details current.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for the accuracy of the URLs you submit for monitoring.
• Only submit competitor URLs that are publicly accessible. You confirm you have the right to have those public pages monitored and that doing so does not breach any agreement you have with those sites.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to monitor pages behind logins, paywalls, or access controls you are not authorized to pass.
• Submit URLs for illegal activity, harassment, competitive espionage beyond reading public pages, or any purpose that violates applicable law.
• Resell raw feeds in bulk in a way that turns AlertSnail into a data-exporting proxy for a third platform.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with refunds handled per our Refund Policy.

6. Plans, payment, and cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly in advance: Starter $19, Growth $39, Agency/Power $79. Prices may change with notice posted on the site.
• Payment is accepted by credit card through our third-party payment processor, or by USDT (TRC-20) / USDC as offered at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your access continues to the end of the paid period.
• New customers can start a 14-day free pilot. The pilot requires no card, and converts to a paid plan only if you explicitly choose to continue.
• All first-14-days money-back terms are defined in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Honest limitations and disclaimers

We run an automated service on the open internet, and we won't pretend otherwise:

• Competitor sites can change their layout, add bot protection, or go offline. When that happens, scans of those specific pages may fail or report stale data until we adapt.
• Prices shown on third-party pages can themselves be wrong or promotional for milliseconds. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that any digest is error-free or complete.
• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlertSnail's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, mispriced products, ad-spend decisions, or other indirect or consequential damages — even if we were told a pricing decision depended on our data. If a scan error costs you money, tell us: we will fix it and make refunds generous where the failure was clearly ours.

9. Service changes, downtime, and termination

• We may add, change, or retire features. If a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and you may cancel with a prorated refund.
• We may suspend or end the whole Service with 30 days' notice and refund unused prepaid periods. A small AI-run operation can fail; we promise you will not silently lose prepaid money.
• You can close your account any time by emailing support; we delete your monitoring configs and digests per our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, code, and digests we compose are ours (or our licensors'). You get a personal, non-transferable license to read and forward your own digests within your team. The competitor price/stock facts we report are facts — you are free to act on them; you are not free to claim our reports as your own research product for resale without a separate agreement.

11. Indemnity

If you submit URLs you had no right to monitor, or use the Service unlawfully, and that causes third-party claims against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs arising from that claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email and on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. If you disagree with a change, cancel — your paid period runs under the old terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights in your own country of residence.
